SGAGMC Announces Leadership Team

The Transitional Conference Advisory Team (TCAT) of the South Georgia Annual Conference is pleased to announce the approval of Rev. Jay Hanson as President Pro Tempore by the Transitional Leadership Council (TLC) of the Global Methodist Church (GMC).

Jay is the founding pastor of The Chapel in Brunswick Georgia, one of the “Top 25 Fastest Growing Large Congregations” in the nation for several years which has birthed many into ministry, as well as planting several congregations.  Jay believes his primary calling is to help people hear and respond to God’s call on their life and is currently pursuing this mission in every capacity available to him.

Additionally, the TLC of the GMC and  the eleven initial member churches of the GMC  of South Georgia have unanimously approved the following to serve as the Board of Directors and Officers of the Conference:
