What are your experiences and areas of service that you believe will be valuable in your role as a General Conference delegate?

I was born into the Methodist Church and have spent most of my life as a member. Starting my membership at Cairo Methodist Church. Cairo First began a mission church across town. We began as a tent with sawdust, and were appointed as the fifth church on the Cairo Circuit. Through the years , I have fulfilled the duties in local, district and a few conference committees. Currently, I serve as treasurer at Nahunta Methodist Church and the Lay Delegate to the Annual Conference ,as well as, other duties as assigned. I am completing the Deacon's Course of Study of the Global Methodist Church.

I believe that we need to pray intentionally for this conference. God has blessed me with the ability to negotiate and stand firm for what is right, Biblical, and Godly.

Describe why you believe that God has potentially called you to serve as a General Conference delegate.

He knows that I love Him and try to obey His commands. I know that He has encouraged me to file this application.
