What are your experiences and areas of service that you believe will be valuable in your role as a General Conference delegate?

It has been a joy to serve in the several ways in our current conference and former denomination. I’ve been part of the SGA GMC leadership since inception and currently serve on the Executive Team, and as an Area Presiding Elder and the GMC organizer for South Georgia.

Before that I served as president of the WCA South Georgia Chapter. I was a SGA UMC delegate to 2020 Jurisdictional Conference and alternate to 2020 General Conference. I also served as chair of the SGAUMC Board of Ordained Ministry.

Describe why you believe that God has potentially called you to serve as a General Conference delegate.

Many years ago God gave me a heart for making sure that we Methodists maintain the true scriptural orthodox Wesleyan way so that the generations that follow us will have the proper foundation for salvation and life. I believe that the life & ministry experiences I have had could be helpful in representing our conference and I would be honored to serve at this historic convening conference.
